International theatre festival-laboratory “QITFest” 

The festival is held at the Kostnay Regional Kazakh Drama Theatre named after I. Omarov once a year.

First year of the festival: October 1–5, 2025.

The festival consists of the following stages:

— announcement of a competition for participation in the Festival from March 1 of each year;

— work on collecting applications and selecting participants from March 1 to May 25 of each year;

— formation of the composition of the Festival’s Expert Council from March 10 to May 25 of each year.
