“QITFest”
International theatre festival-laboratory
The festival is held with the aim of preserving, developing and popularizing the best achievements of world theatrical art, raising the status of the art of theater in society.
Participants of the Festival are professional state theaters from Kazakhstan and foreign countries.
Objectives of “QITFest”
— development of international cultural relations;
— preserving cultural diversity;
— improving the level of professional and performing skills;
— raising the aesthetic level of the audience;
— formation of the international reputation of the city of Kostanay as one of the centers of active development of modern theatrical art;
— providing independent, in-depth criticism and evaluation of theatrical works presented at the Festival;
— reunification in the Festival space of like-minded people and theatre figures for whom the main thing in a performance is acting.
The Festival program includes performances created for different age categories.
